Delete your Piano Weave account
What gets deleted
- Server account: your Google account ID, email address, transcription credit balance (purchased credits and free promotional credits), transcription jobs and transcription records. Promotional credits are forfeited upon deletion, and account deletion does not automatically refund purchased credits, without limiting statutory legal rights.
- Cloud library: songs the app synced to the hidden Piano Weave folder in your Google Drive. Your other Drive files are not touched.
- Kept: purchase records, without your account ID or email, so a purchase cannot be credited twice. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days.
- On your phone: not reachable from here. Uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Data on your phone is not affected: uninstall Piano Weave, or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Piano Weave → Storage. You can also remove the app's access at myaccount.google.com/connections.
